Boys make me sing them Jingle Bells instead of Twinkle Twinkle before going to bed.
Hudson's favorite is Santa Claus is coming to town. Today he asked me "so where does Santa Claus live anyway?"
They love love love waking up to find Bob
Ryker wasn't listening and Hudson told him "you better watch out. You better not pout. Cause Santa is coming to town."
Ryker's 1st grade Christmas play - he was a reader. We are so proud of him he was selected to be a reader! He had his lines quickly memorized. Hudson was checked out of school so he could attend. He was so excited to be there! He sang along to all the songs and tried mimicking the hand motions. Aunt Stephi and Elle came too. One of my favorite parts of the day was going early and helping his classmates get dressed before the play. Love.
They were very curious about reindeer food. If we put it on the grass in the front yard how do they eat it since they are supposed to land on the roof? And how are they going to land on the roofs in our neighborhood. They are pointy not flat. (daddy: they hover)
One evening Mamma took boys to Chickfila (has she lost her mind) then drove them around to see the Christmas lights. They loved it. One house has a Santa in the window and Ryker told mamma "I think he's real. I can see him taking down names!" She bragged about how good they were.
Santa came to Hudson's school. He told me He didn't bring his sleigh or anything!
Hudson: "Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas! And what's your name? And what's your name? Here's your present. Here's your present. I am Santa Claus! Ho! Ho! Ho!" This absolutely cracked me up. Maybe you had to be there? Hysterical
