Super super kick

Ryker started on a little soccer team with his classmates. Today was his first day of practice. Here he is in all his gear practicing his "super super kick" in his "super super shoes".

Grammi and Poppy

A short but very sweet visit. Too short though that we didn't get many photos. But we loved having them here!! I do think Ryker wore Poppy out though (or tried to). We can't wait to see them again for Cameron's wedding in June!

Diego vs Elmo

Potty training is going really well! At school he's tee teeing on potty and wearing a dry pull up (with Diego on it) all day. His teachers are very proud and brag on him to me when I pick him up from school.

And, while he prefers to wear his Elmo diapers at home ("I don't waaant to wear Diego"), we are slowly seeing progress here too! This weekend he told Justin he wanted to tee tee on the potty and he did!!

It's carnival time!

Sunday, Justin and I went to the parade sans kids! We met up with Kate and Mike downtown, enjoyed loud float music and elbowing strangers for beads. Good times!!

Per Steph's request, Justin hauled our very heavy booty to the car with plans to ship beads to the kids in Argentina.

"Yill-yum's" Birthday Party

Ryker's best friend William's birthday was a Carnival themed event at the gymnastic warehouse. It was a birthday party filled with face painting, king cake, a foam pit and trampolines! Plenty to keep any 3 year old entertained!
